Understanding health through the five elements

Daily rhythm and body balance

Traditional Chinese medicine, its younger sister Ayurveda, and naturopathy teach us that a disturbed balance in the body is reflected through problems in the organs. Recognizing your personal type in relation to the season, age and daily rhythm is the key to balanced health. Connecting these elements makes it easier to understand and establish inner harmony.

The purpose of frequency-therapy-healing.com is to inspire curiosity about these ancient medical traditions and help people reconnect with their physical and mental health. Frequency therapies are presented as part of a holistic approach that addresses both causes and symptoms while supporting balance among all five organs.

For the frequency programs presented on this page, we recommend Zapper-Pro, a programmable frequency generator that lets you enter and save any frequency from 1 Hz to 1 MHz. The Zapper-Pro 32 11-HRF includes, in addition to its two standard outputs, a dedicated 11-HRF output for frequencies up to 11 MHz.

Each organ has its own characteristic frequency. Frequency therapies target these specific frequencies to stimulate the organ to function better. Frequencies aligned with a specific organ are used to support the treatment of specific body conditions. An integrated approach that combines frequency therapies with other methods contributes to a holistic and effective treatment process.

The frequencies listed in this article come from the ETDFL (Electro Therapy Device Frequency List), published at ETDFL.com. The list brings together frequency programs for a wide range of health conditions and organs and is intended for use with programmable frequency generators.

The five elements and relationships between the organs

These two systems, the creative and the controlling, work together to maintain harmony and balance in the body. It is important to understand these relationships in order to ensure that energy flows unhindered and that the body is in optimal condition.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is deeply rooted in the principles of nature and the connections between the elements. Each element and the organ associated with it participates in certain interactions that define how energy (Qi) circulates and transforms in the human body.

Central to TCM is the creative, supportive or "mother-child" relationship. In this cycle, water (kidneys) supports wood (liver), wood (liver) supports fire (heart), fire (heart) nourishes earth (spleen), earth (spleen) supports metal (lungs), and metal (lungs) ultimately creates water (kidneys). This relationship illustrates the natural bond between a mother and her child: if the mother is weak, her child will also be weak, and if the child is healthy, they will also bring health to their mother.

On the other hand, we have the controlling relationship, also known as the "husband-wife" relationship. In this cycle, water (kidneys) controls fire (heart), wood (liver) controls earth (spleen), fire (heart) controls metal (lungs), metal (lungs) controls wood (liver), and earth (spleen) controls water (kidneys). This system ensures that no one element becomes too strong or dominates the others, and maintains a balance between them.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) emphasizes the importance of understanding the deep connections between various conditions in our bodies and the organs that play a key role in these conditions. The main goal is to understand how your physical problems may indicate weakness in certain organs. Rather than focusing only on relieving symptoms, it is crucial to focus on eliminating the underlying causes of these problems.

Supporting and strengthening the affected organs is a fundamental step in the healing process. While working on symptoms is important, the underlying organs that are weak or out of balance must first be addressed and strengthened to ensure lasting relief and holistic self-healing.

Stages of life

  1. Until the age of 15 - Liver The first period of life is associated with the liver. In TCM, the liver represents growth, development and creativity. This is the time when young people develop and grow, and their energy is directed towards exploring the world around them.
  2. 15 - 30 years - Heart In adolescence and early adulthood, our lives revolve around the heart. The heart in TCM represents fire, passion and emotional connection. This is a period of searching for love, passion and personal identity.
  3. 30 - 45 years - Spleen As we enter middle adulthood, our connection to the spleen becomes stronger. In TCM, the spleen represents caring for others, digestion and the conversion of food into energy. This is a time when people focus on family, career and caring for others.
  4. 45 - 60 years - Lungs As we approach the later years, the lungs become vital. In TCM, the lungs represent introspection, sadness and connection to the spiritual world. This is a period of reflection, letting go and preparing for the next phase of life.
  5. 60 years and over - Kidneys In mature years, our life centers around the kidneys. The kidneys in TCM represent the root of our life energy, the wisdom and knowledge that comes from experience.

The links for each organ and element provide additional information and a list of health conditions associated with individual organs. Understanding the connections between the organs and a person’s health condition is essential, as it helps identify which organs require the greatest attention in a particular condition and how they may be supported with Zapper-Pro and the principles of TCM.

Holistic health

In Eastern traditions, the understanding of chakras is deeply symbolic, connecting the spiritual and physical aspects of our being. The connections between the chakras and our organs illustrate the subtle interaction between our physical body, energy centers and spiritual health.

While these teachings may seem abstract to the Western mind, they offer us a unique insight into a holistic understanding of the human body and spirit.

Among other things, our chakras can be regulated with the help of Solfeggio frequencies via F-Gen. In this way, we use scalar waves and pulsed magnetic therapy at the same time.

Holistic health is based on nurturing the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and environmental aspects of our lives.

• Mind: Stress management, positive thinking and mental clarity.

• Spirit: Meditation, spiritual practices or the search for meaning.

• Emotions: Managing emotions, self-understanding and empathy.

• Environment: Living in a healthy environment where ecological practices are followed and community support is provided.

• Body: Proper nutrition, regular physical activity and rest.

Table of health conditions

The table below links different physical conditions with individual organs and elements. Find the relevant condition and check which organs require the greatest attention. Frequencies for supporting each organ are listed above and can be entered into Zapper-Pro for use in daily sessions.

How to read the table

The size of the symbol shows how much attention each organ needs. A larger symbol means that more work should be devoted to that organ, while smaller symbols indicate organs that require additional support.
