Varicose veins, cracked heels and the liver

Varicose vein

We have already written extensively about liver disease and how it develops. It is also worth noting that varicose veins and cracked skin on the feet may be linked to liver dysfunction. If small red dots appear on your calves, the tops of your feet, or the soles, it is a sign of poor circulation and a high likelihood of issues related to diabetes.

Another sign is the appearance of spider veins—small, web-like blood vessels—on the calves and thighs; these are frequently associated with liver cirrhosis. This condition often arises due to an increased concentration of estrogen in the body.

Itchy skin on the feet, dryness, and cracked heels can also result from improper liver function. Vitamin B3, Omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins A and E can be helpful in addressing these issues. Along with the kidneys, the liver acts as the body's primary filter. When it becomes overburdened by toxins, these substances remain in the bloodstream and are deposited throughout the body. Some are excreted through the skin via sweat.

How can you help yourself?

In addition to vitamins B3, A, and E, and Omega-3 fatty acids, you can support your health through a naturopathic diet and by taking probiotics tailored to the "spleen type" (in traditional naturopathic/Eastern medicine terms).

You can also prepare calendula or buckwheat tea. Prepare a tea blend—consisting of birch leaves, horsetail, dead nettle, common nettle, dandelion, corn silk, sweet root, and chicory—as an infusion. Opt for fresh, seasonal foods that have a cooling effect and help eliminate water retention.

Recommended seasonal fruits include raspberries and pineapples, while suitable vegetables include parsley, celery, and cruciferous vegetables. Oily fish and organic eggs are also recommended. Avoid wheat gluten, milk, and dairy products.

During the summer, protect your legs from the sun. Keep the skin on your legs moisturized and ensure your footwear is breathable.

Frequency Therapies with the Zapper-Pro

Input the frequencies for varicose veins into the Zapper-Pro and conduct the therapies. It is recommended to use a combination of conductive socks and gloves. The gloves can also be used to massage the affected areas of the body.

Varices100 Hz, 420 Hz, 930 Hz, 5250 Hz, 35000 Hz, 82600 Hz, 178000 Hz, 519340 Hz, 689930 Hz, 931000 Hz
Varicose veins110 Hz, 220 Hz, 730 Hz, 3750 Hz, 7050 Hz, 51280 Hz, 137500 Hz, 236420 Hz, 472290 Hz, 851170 Hz

To support the spleen and liver, frequency therapies that enhance their function can be used. Various types of electrodes may be employed for this purpose, including the F-Gen—which emits scalar waves—as well as pulsed magnetic therapy. Utilizing the 11th harmonic further increases effectiveness.

Spleen, disorders180 Hz, 320 Hz, 25000 Hz, 52500 Hz, 134250 Hz, 175750 Hz, 426900 Hz, 571000 Hz, 843000 Hz, 937410 Hz
Liver, disorders200 Hz, 220 Hz, 680 Hz, 2450 Hz, 3000 Hz, 7500 Hz, 96500 Hz, 326160 Hz, 505510 Hz, 632010 Hz

An imbalance of the hormone estrogen in the body can be addressed using the following program:

Hormonal imbalance – estrogen150 Hz, 230 Hz, 650 Hz, 2270 Hz, 34200 Hz, 123420 Hz, 286330 Hz, 525790 Hz, 693300 Hz, 712500 Hz

The spleen and liver can also be stimulated via meridians (more info at https://frequency-therapy-healing.com/meridian-frequencies/). In this case, too, the frequencies are entered into the Zapper-Pro; however, the same frequency is entered into all 10 slots for the specific program.

Spleen meridian: 265 Hz

Liver meridian: 1,032 Hz

The source of the frequencies is ETDFL. In case of more serious problems, be sure to see a doctor.
