Start with seven days focused on the basics
Begin with support for the kidneys, adrenal glands, liver, and lymphatic system.
Practical beginner protocol: where to start, how to choose a program, and how to monitor the response
This article is not a checklist of therapies to complete one after another. Its purpose is simpler: to show you how to begin with frequency support without getting lost among numerous programs and devices.
Start with seven days of basic support for the body. Then choose the one difficulty that is currently affecting you most, use one suitable program and observe your response. Frequency support complements rest, sleep, reducing demands and professional care; it does not replace them.
Begin with support for the kidneys, adrenal glands, liver, and lymphatic system.
After the first week, identify the issue that is currently most hindering your recovery.
The programs in the following sections are options. There is no need to do all of them, only as needed and according to how you feel.
Important are sleep, morning energy, stress, concentration, and possibly worsening.
With burnout, the biggest mistake is trying to recovery into a new demanding project. A person begins to use more programs at the same time, changes devices, and adds new procedures and protocols every day. Then they no longer know what helps them and what further burdens them.
We begin frequency support with basic programs for the kidneys, adrenal glands, liver and lymphatic system. The goal of the first week is not to address every burnout symptom, but to make a calm, manageable start.
| Day | Support programs | Practical instruction |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1, 2, and 3 | Kidneys and adrenal glands. | Start with only these two programs. |
| Day 4 and 5 | Kidneys and liver. | Do not add a targeted program for a specific symptom. |
| Day 6 and 7 | Kidneys, liver and lymphatic system. | Monitor your feelings on the same day and the next morning. |
| At any time in between | Immune system. | Activate it as needed and according to your feelings. |
Zapper-Pro is a frequency generator with an open platform, which means it has all frequencies between 1 Hz and 1 MHz available at any time. You program the frequencies or frequency programs using the included keyboard, and selected programs are executed through various electrodes.
| Usage mode | How do we use it? | When do we choose it? |
|---|---|---|
| Zapper-Pro with electrodes | It has two equivalent outputs, allowing two different sets of electrodes to be connected at once (for one person on two parts of the body, or for two people at the same time). The frequency signal can be delivered directly through copper hand electrodes or a dry electrode set, which includes conductive gloves, socks, knee sleeves and wristbands. Straps can also position the electrodes on a chosen part of the body. Read more: Bands and dry set | Copper hand electrodes are the best choice when you want to run a program directly and attentively. They let you sit calmly and observe your response during the 30-minute program. Choose the dry electrode set when you need a different placement; follow its instructions and monitor your skin. |
| Zapper-Pro through S-Zapp | The second option is non-contact frequency transmission into the space. S-Zapp with Tesla's scalar board creates a scalar field of the selected frequency. | We choose it when we want to non-contact transmit the selected Zapper-Pro program into the space via a scalar field. |
| F-Gen standalone | We use one of the nine pre-programmed frequencies and choose the 30-minute or 10-hour mode. In this way, F-Gen functions as a standalone unit. | For a single selected embedded frequency, for example 1.2 Hz or 7.83 Hz. This is not the execution of the entire ETDFL program. |
| Zapper-Pro via F-Gen | We enter the selected program into Zapper-Pro and transmit it into the space via the connected F-Gen. F-Gen adds a pulsating magnetic field to the scalar board, which strengthens and spreads the scalar signal throughout the space. | We choose it for non-contact transmission of the selected Zapper-Pro program into the space via a scalar and pulsating magnetic field. For execution of the ETDFL program, F-Gen must be connected to Zapper-Pro. |
| Zapper-Pro via Tor-Gen | We enter the selected program into Zapper-Pro and transmit it into the space via the connected Tor-Gen. Tor-Gen guides the signal through a scalar, toroidal, and ring coil, thereby creating a pulsating toroidal magnetic field and distributing it evenly in all directions around the device. | We choose it for non-contact transmission of the selected program into the space. Tor-Gen does not function standalone and must be connected to Zapper-Pro. |
| Zapper-Pro with 11-HRF | An additional option is 11-HRF or the eleventh harmonic resonance frequency. Zapper-Pro delivers the base frequency through the first output, while 11-HRF connected to the second output generates a phase-synchronized frequency that is exactly eleven times higher. When using it in this way, two different electrodes need to be placed on the body: through one electrode, the base frequency is delivered into the body, and through the other, its eleventh harmonic is delivered. Read more about 11-HRF. | The purpose of this design is to prepare the cell for easier reception of the base frequency and thereby increase its reach and effect. |
Immediately or after a few days (depending on how you feel), you can also add monofrequency support for the kidneys, adrenal glands, and lymphatic system to the basic support therapies if needed. Zapper-Pro also allows monofrequency programs that can operate continuously for up to nine hours. You select the desired frequency and enter it into the monofrequency program, then transmit it through the F-Gen or Tor-Gen connected to Zapper-Pro.

At the beginning, the described supports are basic recommendations. Depending on the needs, you can later also include support for the heart, spleen, lungs, and other organs. When choosing, consider symptoms, constitution, life stage, and season. More is collected in the article Understanding our health according to the principle of five elements.
Burnout is a modern term, so traditional Chinese medicine does not treat it as a single pattern that is the same for everyone. TCM considers the whole picture: the type of fatigue, sleep, emotions, digestion, muscle tension, breathing, stage of life, and other signs. Under this approach, two people experiencing burnout do not necessarily need the same kind of support.
| The TCM framework | How can burnout manifest? | When do we consider additional support? |
|---|---|---|
| Liver | Chronic stress, irritability, a feeling of internal pressure, stagnation, and muscle tension. | The liver is already included in the basic seven-day protocol. |
| Spleen | Fatigue, overthinking, brain fog, a feeling of heavy body and digestive issues. | When, in addition to fatigue, there is overthinking, worse digestion or difficulty concentrating. |
| Kidneys | Deep exhaustion, a feeling of reduced reserves, fear and slow recovery. | Kidneys are the foundation and are therefore included in all seven days of the initial protocol. |
| Heart | Restlessness, insomnia, palpitations, anxiety and emotional disturbance. | When sleep, inner restlessness or the sensation of a broken heart are prominent; palpitations also require appropriate medical evaluation. |
| Lungs | Sadness, withdrawal, a feeling of loss, shallow breathing and difficulties related to breathing or resistance. | When sadness, breathing difficulties or long-term recovery from respiratory stress are predominant. |
|
Do we need to support all five organs?
No. The initial seven-day protocol should remain simple and unchanged. After the first week, based on the prevailing symptoms, you can choose at most one additional organ support:
Age, life stage, and season are additional clues. Find all the supportive therapies for the organs here: The secret of eternal youth or how to rejuvenate mitochondria. |

Terms such as “kidney energy deficiency”, “spleen weakness” or “liver Qi stagnation” describe traditional TCM patterns. They do not necessarily refer to kidney, spleen or liver disease in the biomedical sense and do not replace medical assessment.
Even literature on chronic fatigue, which is not the same as burnout, describes several different TCM patterns, including liver and spleen disharmony and deficiency of the spleen and kidneys. This further supports individual selection rather than the same protocol for everyone. Read more in TCM review on chronic fatigue syndrome and in the article Understanding our health according to the principle of five elements.
In addition to frequencies 1.2 Hz and 7.83 Hz, the F-Gen has seven built-in solfeggio frequencies, which in its description are associated with seven energy centers. These are not ETDFL programs for burnout, but an additional option for independent use of the F-Gen for further exploration of feelings and emotional themes. Read more on the page F-Gen.
| F-Gen frequency | Energy center | Basic theme according to F-Gen description |
|---|---|---|
| 396 Hz | Root center | Safety, fear, acceptance and a sense of being grounded. |
| 417 Hz | Sacral center | Changes, past emotions and opening to new. |
| 528 Hz | Solar plexus | Personal power, creativity, attention and life energy. |
| 639 Hz | Heart center | Connection, relationships, understanding and harmony. |
| 741 Hz | Throat center | Balance, self-expression and clear communication. |
| 852 Hz | Third eye center | Awareness, inner insight and inner peace. |
| 963 Hz | Crown centre | Mental relaxation, inner peace and broader connection. |
Choose one of the programmed F-Gen frequencies according to the current theme and follow your response. Energy centers are a traditional framework for understanding and not a medical diagnosis.
After the first week, choose one issue that is currently most hindering your recovery. The following are listed for each program: purpose, frequencies, duration, time and frequency of use.
To begin, choose a target program and a method of use. If you do not tolerate the program well, do not increase how often you use it or add another program.
Select this option if: chronic physical or psychological tension and a feeling of internal pressure prevail.
Select this option if: you want to use an alternative sequence instead of the basic program for stress regulation and frequency harmonization.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: during a quiet part of the day or early in the evening.
Frequency: first 5 days of use and 2 days of rest; then 3 to 5 times per week; maintenance 1 to 3 times per week.
Select this program if: you have difficulty falling asleep, wake up during the night, or do not feel refreshed in the morning.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: in the evening, when there is no more work, email or other demanding obligations after the program.
Frequency: first 5 days of use and 2 days of rest; then 3 to 5 times per week; maintenance 1 to 3 times per week.
Select this option if: you want to try F-Gen at 1.2 Hz or 7.83 Hz on its own instead of using the Insomnia program. Try each frequency separately; there is no universal rule about which will suit you better.
Duration: 30 minutes or 10 hours.
Usage time: in the evening or at night.
Frequency: start with one selected frequency for 5 evenings, then take 2 days off; later reduce the frequency based on your response.
Select this program if: general physical fatigue is the main concern, without a diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: usually during the day. Improved energy sensation should not be used as permission for additional work.
Frequency: first 5 days of use and 2 days of rest; then 3 to 5 times per week; maintenance 1 to 3 times per week.
Select this program if: is a long-term severe fatigue that has been appropriately medically assessed and such a program is meaningful as additional support. The name of the program does not establish a diagnosis.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: usually during the day, at a time when you can rest after the program.
Frequency: start with 5 days of use and 2 days off; then use it 3 to 5 times a week; for ongoing support, 1 to 3 times a week if you tolerate the program well.
Select this program if: what most hinders you are brain fog, worse concentration or a feeling of reduced mental clarity.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: usually in the afternoon; not late in the evening, if it increases alertness. Do not use the program to extend work without rest.
Frequency: first 5 days of use and 2 days of rest; then 3 to 5 times per week; maintenance 1 to 3 times per week.
Select this program if: anxiety and inner restlessness predominate and you use the program as complementary support for calming.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: in a calm environment, preferably together with comfortable slow breathing.
Frequency: first 5 days of use and 2 days of rest; then 3 to 5 times per week; maintenance 1 to 3 times per week.
If you experience panic attacks, marked avoidance, insomnia lasting several days, dangerous thoughts or anxiety that prevents daily functioning, seek professional help. The frequency program is not a treatment for an anxiety disorder.
Select this program if: is the main problem long-term muscle tension.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Time and method of use: during a calm part of the day or in the early evening. Enter the program into Zapper-Pro and transmit it primarily through the connected F-Gen or Tor-Gen.
Frequency: first 5 days of use and 2 days of rest; then 3 to 5 times per week; maintenance 1 to 3 times per week.
Supplement: if needed, add gentle stretching, heat, or physiotherapy.
Select this program if: this is a common headache without migraine characteristics and without alarming signs.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: if needed upon the occurrence of a headache.
Frequency: if needed, not as an automatic daily program. Frequent, changing, or worsening headaches require medical evaluation.
Select this program if: This refers to a migraine or headache with already recognized migraine characteristics and without alarming signs.
Duration: 30 minutes, with each frequency for 3 minutes.
Usage time: as needed upon the occurrence of a migraine.
Frequency: as needed, not as an automatic daily program. Frequent or changing migraines require medical evaluation.
Do not assess the effect only during use. It is also important how you sleep, how you feel the next morning, and whether the program encourages you to exceed your limits again.
Before use and the next morning, rate internal tension, sleep quality, energy, and ability to concentrate on a scale from 0 to 10. Always use the same scale: 0 means worst or lowest state, 10 means best or highest state. For internal tension, invert the scale: 0 means no tension, 10 means strongest tension.
| What do we observe? | A question for the next day |
|---|---|
| Sleep | Did I fall asleep more easily, wake up less, and feel more refreshed in the morning? |
| Energy | Is energy more stable or am I more exhausted after a short improvement? |
| Tension | Am I more relaxed or has additional agitation appeared? |
| Concentration | Can I maintain attention without extending work? |
| Physical response | Have headaches, discomfort, palpitations, or worsening of feelings appeared? |
If your sleep worsens, restlessness increases, a severe headache develops or you feel worse in another way, do not add a new program. Shorten sessions, use the program less often or take a break. If the deterioration persists or its cause is unclear, seek professional assessment.
Burnout can overlap with depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders and various physical illnesses. The frequency program should not delay diagnosis or appropriate treatment.
Long-term, unusually strong or rapidly worsening fatigue can also be associated with anemia, thyroid disorders, diabetes, sleep apnea, effects of medications, perimenopause or menopause, or other health conditions. In such cases, appropriate medical evaluation is important, not automatically adding a new frequency program.
This article deliberately does not include every available therapy; it is meant to provide a clear starting point. If your main concern is different, find an appropriate program in the English ETDFL edition and add it gradually.
The English edition and additional programs are available on the page E.T.D.F.L. – English edition. The official project page is ETDFL.com.
Connections between organs, emotions, life stages, and seasons are gathered in the article Understanding our health according to the principle of five elements.
A review of further contents is gathered on the page Emotions and frequencies. On the page Bach flower essences you will find individual frequencies and program combination suggestions, among others, for fear, doubt, lack of interest in the present, loneliness, and hypersensitivity and submissiveness to external influences.
Bach frequencies or a selected combination are entered into the Zapper-Pro. A particularly suitable method of transmission into the environment is via the F-Gen connected to the Zapper-Pro, which uses a scalar field and pulsating magnetic field. Since the standalone F-Gen can only use its own nine built-in frequencies, you must connect it to the Zapper-Pro to transmit selected Bach programs; the program can also be used directly with the Zapper-Pro electrodes.
Special guide Depression – help with frequency therapy and pulsating magnetic fields contains further programs and methods of use. The F-Gen connected to the Zapper-Pro is especially emphasized; the use of the Tor-Gen is also possible, which also does not function independently.
Depression requires appropriate professional assessment, and frequency support does not replace psychotherapy, medication or other treatment. Technical instructions are available on the pages F-Gen and Tor-Gen.
If you often find yourself thinking »I'll start later«, »now is not the right time« or »it's not possible for me«, also read the article Excuse Disease.
The best protocol is not the one with the most programs. The best one is the one that is clear enough for you to calmly carry out, monitor your response, and at the same time maintain space for rest, sleep, and real changes in daily life.
