In today’s world, the accumulation of heavy metals and other toxins, along with inherited mercury, is inevitable – and that’s not good news. However, there are steps that can be taken to reduce exposure to heavy metals and slowly eliminate them from the body. If you put in the effort and follow the advice outlined below, you can significantly contribute to freeing your body from heavy metals.
Spirulina: This edible blue-green alga draws heavy metals from the brain, central nervous system and liver. Take 2 teaspoons of spirulina mixed with water, coconut water or juice each day.
Barley grass juice extract powder: This nutrient-rich grass draws heavy metals from the spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, thyroid and reproductive system. Take 1-2 teaspoons each day, mixed into coconut water or juice.
Wild blueberries: These help draw heavy metals out of brain tissue and repair the damage caused by oxidation when the metals are removed. Wild blueberries contain distinctive phytonutrients with special detoxifying properties. Their powerful antioxidants help repair oxidative damage following heavy-metal removal. This is particularly important for brain tissue: wild blueberries are the most effective food for stopping Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Eat at least one cup a day. Note: cultivated blueberries are nutritious, but they do not have the same capacity to remove metals from the body as wild blueberries.
Coriander (cilantro): It reaches deep into hard-to-access parts of the body and removes metals retained from the past, including inherited mercury. Use the drops as directed: mix them into a smoothie or juice, or add them to a salad or guacamole.
Dulse (Atlantic dulse), a red seaweed also known as red Palmaria: This edible seaweed binds mercury, lead, aluminium, copper, cadmium and nickel. Unlike other seaweeds, red Palmaria is also potent on its own for removing mercury. It reaches deep into the body, including hidden parts of the digestive tract and intestines, where it seeks out mercury, binds it and holds on until it leaves the body. Take two tablespoons a day, or the equivalent amount of whole leaves. Because it comes from the ocean, you may wonder whether it contains mercury itself. It does not release mercury; instead, it retains and binds more of it, as well as other heavy metals. After ingestion it remains near the large intestine, where it joins other preparations that have also bound heavy metals. It acts as a safeguard to help ensure that metals reaching the large intestine are eliminated from the body.
These five foods offer a significant effect in removing heavy metals. Each has its own advantages and plays a slightly different role in the detoxification process. While each individual food isn’t 100% effective on its own, it’s important to combine them. At some point in the removal process, the metals are “released” and returned to the organs, where the next food then takes over. You don’t need to consume all the foods at once, but it’s recommended to use them within a 24-hour period for optimal results. If you can’t do that, try consuming at least two or three foods each day. While this approach will still be beneficial, it won’t be as effective in terms of results and symptom relief. In addition to helping the body draw out heavy metals, these foods also provide essential nutrients for repairing damage caused by heavy metals and restoring the body. Another key point is that this protocol is effective regardless of your unique combination of heavy metals – whether it’s the type, quantity, or location of the heavy metals. Combining these foods with frequency therapy using the Zapper is also recommended. This is a truly effective way to eliminate toxic heavy metals.
If you are already familiar with heavy-metal detoxification, or have tried similar methods, you may wonder why chlorella, another popular alga often used for this purpose, is not among the foods listed above. Chlorella has a good reputation, but it is not reliable: as it passes through the body, it can release mercury it has bound at the wrong time. Although it is nutritious, it lacks the properties needed for the heavy-metal detoxification described here.
These recommendations are highly effective at removing metals that are already present in your body, but we are constantly exposed to heavy metals and other toxins, so exposure continues. Although it’s impossible to completely avoid toxins, there are many ways to reduce the risk.
Ways to reduce the body’s heavy-metal burden and strengthen your efforts to eliminate heavy metals
Heavy metals and frequency therapy
We can help remove heavy metals from the body using specific frequencies. We recommend using Zappers, which can be programmed with a range of frequencies, ideally all frequencies from 1 Hz to 1 MHz. This means we have a tool to assist in this process. If you are working to remove a specific heavy metal, use the corresponding frequency. For example, when working to remove a particular instance of, say, mercury, use a frequency of 43.700 Hz and then proceed with the therapy. For all frequencies of heavy metals, click HERE.
Exposure to Heavy Metals and Frequency TherapyFood fats
Even if you strictly eat the five foods that remove heavy metals, detoxification will be less effective if the rest of your diet is unsuitable. While eliminating heavy metals, it is very helpful to keep the level of fat in your blood slightly lower than usual. If you are trying to remove mercury and other heavy metals, extra fat from food can slow or even stop the elimination process because it tends to absorb the metals you are trying to get rid of. You do not need to cut fat out of your diet completely; just reduce it a little. If you eat a vegan diet, reduce the fat you get from nuts, seeds, oils, avocados and similar foods. If you are vegetarian, reduce fish, eggs, dairy products, nuts, seed oils, avocados and similar foods. If you follow a paleo diet or eat animal protein, try limiting meat to about one or two servings a day. With any of these diets, reducing your usual fat intake by about twenty-five percent should be enough in most cases. This is unrelated to whether dietary fat is good for you. The purpose is simply to reduce fat in the blood and thereby speed the elimination of toxic heavy metals. Cutting fat intake by about twenty-five percent reduces the fat circulating in the bloodstream and helps prevent it from absorbing mercury and other metals on their way out. You will still benefit over time if you make no dietary changes while detoxifying, but you will achieve better and faster results if you keep fat intake slightly below your usual level.
Lemon water
When you are undertaking heavy metal detoxification, it is crucial to stay adequately hydrated throughout the process. Attempting detoxification without drinking enough water is like cleaning up a mess without anyone to take it away. Over time, this can become a major problem, as the toxins don’t go anywhere, and they become increasingly toxic with each passing day. The same applies to detoxifying the body. Efforts to detoxify help to extract “waste” from your cells and tissues, but if you don’t remove them properly and frequently, these toxins will eventually settle back in.
A very effective way to detoxify the body is to drink two glasses of water (2 dl each) on an empty stomach in the morning. Squeeze half a freshly cut lemon into each glass. Lemon is essential because water loses its vital energy through filtration and processing before it reaches the glass. Fresh lemon juice brings the water back to life because the water in the lemon is alive. It increases the water’s ability to capture and help eliminate toxins in the body. This practice is especially effective for cleansing the liver, which collects and removes toxins while we sleep. In this way, the toxins are flushed out with activated water first thing in the morning. The water can also be activated with frequencies using a Zapper if the equipment supports scalar waves. After drinking, allow the liver half an hour to cleanse itself before breakfast. If this becomes a regular habit, health may improve dramatically. For extra support, add a teaspoon of honey and freshly grated ginger to the lemon water. The liver draws on the honey to replenish its glucose stores while cleansing itself of toxins, leaving room for further cleansing of the body.
Aloe vera leaf juice
Aloe vera
Drinking fresh juice from aloe vera leaves is another excellent addition to your heavy-metal detoxification toolkit. Aloe helps flush metals from the body. For the best results, cut a fresh aloe leaf. Remove its green skin and tips, then scoop out the clear gel. Blend it into a smoothie or eat it as it is.
Infrared sauna
You can give heavy-metal detoxification an extra boost with an infrared sauna. Infrared saunas direct infrared light onto the skin for therapeutic purposes. The rays penetrate deep into the body and bring benefits such as increased blood flow and blood oxygenation, removal of toxins through the skin, pain relief and stronger immunity. An infrared sauna helps detoxification and speeds up the elimination of heavy metals. Recommended use: 15 to 20 minutes, 2–3 times a week. If you use the sauna correctly, you may feel an immediate improvement. After the sauna, drink enough water to help your body eliminate toxins.
Juice fasting
If you want to accelerate detoxification, consider a one-day juice fast during which you consume only juice. The juice should contain celery, cucumbers and apples. You may add a little spinach or coriander for variety, but celery, cucumbers and apples should remain the main ingredients. This combination provides a balance of mineral salts, potassium and natural sugar to keep your blood glucose stable while the body clears toxic heavy metals. Drink 4–5 dcl of this juice every 2–3 hours. Between servings, consume nothing except water—preferably a glass one hour after each juice. Aim to repeat the cycle 6 times a day. Try it for the first time at a weekend, when you can stay at home. If you have never tried detoxification before, you may feel unwell; in that case, lie down and rest. Once you have completed the one-day fast several times and feel comfortable with it, you may extend it to a two-day juice fast. Stay at home the following day in case your energy drops. Over time, however, your energy will increase.
You can experiment with the juice and add other ingredients—for example, kale instead of spinach, an occasional pinch of ginger for flavour, or more coriander—but do not overdo it. Celery, cucumbers and apples help remove toxic heavy metals. Too many additional ingredients crowd out these essential ones. If you repeat the juice fast every two weeks, you will gradually achieve impressive detoxification results and notice the difference.
Zeolite
Zeolite is a natural mineral whose main component is clinoptilolite. Zeolite has the remarkable ability to bind various harmful substances, including heavy metals and other toxic substances, from soil, water, air and the body. Twice a day, dissolve a teaspoon of zeolite in a glass of water or juice and drink it, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bed. Drink sufficient water throughout the day. A course of at least 60 days is recommended. Zeolite acts in the body for up to 6 hours and is then completely eliminated within 24 hours. At the same time, it releases essential magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium ions into the body.
All of the above is extremely effective in detoxifying, especially in removing heavy metals from the body.
